Thats pretty good for not actually starting to workout until last month. And then not even keeping on track with it. But i&amp;#8217;ve been eating healthier! On my own scale it says I&amp;#8217;m 140 but on wii fit it said I was 137&amp;#8230;.&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Part of it is that I have been wanting to get in shape for a long time now, and I think I finally just got fed up with myself. I would always say that I was &amp;#8220;going to start tomorrow.&amp;#8221; Well tomorrow would come around and would I work out? No. I always gave myself an excuse.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then, this weekend came around.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had to go up to my brothers apartment for the weekend with my mom. I was talking to her about how I was finally going to start running. She looked at me and laughed and said, &amp;#8220;You&amp;#8217;re not going to start running. You&amp;#8217;re too lazy.&amp;#8221;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried to ignore that comment, but inside it kind of hurt.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then in the morning my brother had come back from a run. She seemed so impressed by him, and proud. And it made me mad. Because then she had to point out the fact that he went running, to me. It made me feel like she was trying to say he was better than me, even though she more than likely wasn&amp;#8217;t.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But it all gave me motivation. So that day when I got back I went running. Then I did a 100 calorie workout, and pilates. And now I&amp;#8217;m more determined than ever to show her that I CAN do this. I CAN get in shape, and I WILL.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#8217;t get me wrong, I&amp;#8217;m not doing this just for other people. I&amp;#8217;m doing it to prove mostly to myself actually that I can get into shape. I&amp;#8217;m doing it for all the times that I said &amp;#8220;tomorrow&amp;#8221; and all the times I said &amp;#8220;It&amp;#8217;s not even worth it.&amp;#8221; Because it IS worth it. I&amp;#8217;M worth it. I deserve the right to be happy with my body, just like everyone else does.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I wan&amp;#8217;t to prove that I&amp;#8217;m strong, and have the dedication it takes. I want to know that if I put my all into something, I can get it done. I want to know that I&amp;#8217;m able to push myself, to be the best me that I can.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, I&amp;#8217;m not over weight. I&amp;#8217;m actually at a healthy weight, but there&amp;#8217;s definitely room for improvement. I&amp;#8217;m excited to finally be the changes I&amp;#8217;ve been waiting to see.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will overcome this lifestyle of laziness that I had set for myself. I&amp;#8217;m ready to be COMPLETELY comfortable in my body.&lt;/p&gt;
